Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with a day shift and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all development activities comply with company policies and standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Redhat Openshift Openshift JBoss Core Java and Advanced Java.
  • Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer
