Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IICS and AWS Services. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Developer will contribute to our companys purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using IICS to meet business requirements.
  • Implement AWS Services to enhance application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IICS and AWS Services.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in all integration processes.
  • Optimize existing systems and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements accurately.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in IICS and AWS Services.
  • Show proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or similar.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Have experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Show experience in documenting technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Exhibit familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
