Job Summary

3+ years IT experience and 2+ years of GW experience should be able to lead a small team/POD good communication skills preference to have GW certifications and should have hands on experience in GW-Policy Center experience in other centers as well can be added advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Guidewire applications to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire applications.
  • Implement and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Guidewire and Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Possess strong experience in Insurance
  • Guidewire Guidewire
  • PolicyCenter and Guidewire.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
