Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Blue Yonder WMS BY Warehouse Labor Mgmt and BY Warehouse Mgmt (Discrete). The role requires strong domain knowledge in User Access & Identity Mgmt IT business support and IT Security. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Blue Yonder WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations
  • Implement and manage BY Warehouse Labor Mgmt to enhance labor productivity
  • Utilize BY Warehouse Mgmt (Discrete) to streamline warehouse processes
  • Ensure robust User Access & Identity Mgmt to safeguard sensitive information
  • Provide IT business support to ensure seamless operations across departments
  • Implement IT Security measures to protect company data and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Document technical specifications and user manuals for reference
  • Train and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

  • Must have strong experience in Blue Yonder WMS BY Warehouse Labor Mgmt and BY Warehouse Mgmt (Discrete)
  • Should possess expertise in User Access & Identity Mgmt IT business support and IT Security
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and development
