Developer – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Forms)

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AEM Forms to design, develop, and deliver scalable digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AEM architecture, Adaptive Forms, workflows, backend integrations, and performance optimization backed by strong Java development skills and a commitment to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM / AEM Forms Development

• Design, develop, and implement endtoend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms.
• Build and customize Adaptive Forms, AEM Workflows, Form Data Models (FDMs), and Document Services (Output, Forms, Assembler).
• Develop robust AEM components, templates, OSGi services, and servlets using Sling, JCR, and Java.
• Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and thirdparty connectors.

Performance, Scalability & Security

• Optimize solution performance across AEM environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to replication, indexing, workflows, and repository management.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with front-end teams, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver quality digital experiences.
• Ensure adherence to AEM development best practices, coding guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Adobes latest AEM and AEM Forms features, cloud enhancements, and product roadmap.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and recommend enhancements based on industry best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 812 years of overall experience with strong, proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Deep hands-on experience with AEM Forms Adaptive Forms, Workflows, Form Data Models, Form Integrations.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sling, OSGi, JCR (Oak), and CRX.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with RESTful API development and backend integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AEM Developer Certification is a strong plus.
