Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the complete Android development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. As an Android Developer, you will work closely with multiple stake holders to create Andriod applications

Key Responsibilities:͏

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using industry best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures in applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.

Required Qualifications:͏

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Android development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other relevant development tools.
  • Expertise in localization of strings including Indian languages.
  • Strong understanding of the Android UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
  • Knowledge of SQLite or similar databases.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, Dagger, etc.).
