Developer(Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Siebel CRM platform.
• Configuring Siebel applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Integrating Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services and middleware technologies.
• Carries knowledge on unit testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and peers.
• Supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Documenting technical designs, release notes, and other relevant artifacts.
• Experience in Siebel IP17+ versions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and integration methods.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Siebel certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Expert, Siebel CRM).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
