Job Title: Senior Manager - IT Service Management (ITSM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager for IT Service Management (ITSM) who will lead the ITSM charter and drive the execution of projects related to Integrated Risk and Service Management (IRSM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITSM practices, advisory consulting, and deployment, along with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of experts in the field. A strong understanding of cloud and data center technologies, as well as how ITSM processes function within these environments, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the ITSM charter, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Drive projects related to Integrated Risk and Service Management (IRSM), including advisory consulting and deployment of ITSM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices in ITSM, Agile methodologies, and cloud/data center operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of ITSM experts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in ITSM, cloud, and data center management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that ITSM initiatives deliver value to the organization.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding ITSM practices, cloud technologies, and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Up to 18 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on ITSM practices and project execution.
• Proven experience in advisory consulting and deployment of ITSM solutions, particularly in Integrated Risk and Service Management (IRSM).
• Strong understanding of cloud and data center technologies, and how ITSM processes function within these environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in executing projects using Agile practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of experts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ITSM (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in ITSM tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of risk management practices and compliance standards related to IT service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
