Job Title: Private Cloud Specialist - Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with up to 8 years of experience in designing and managing Private Cloud infrastructures, who also possesses a solid understanding of Public Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating synergistic hybrid cloud solutions that combine the security and control of private clouds with the scalability and innovation of public clouds. This role is perfect for a cloud computing enthusiast who is driven to deliver comprehensive and integrated cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Private Cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
• Develop strategies for integrating Private Cloud infrastructures with Public Cloud services to create seamless hybrid cloud environments that meet diverse business requirements.
• Proactively monitor and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure, balancing performance, cost, and security across private and public cloud components.
• Serve as a technical expert in hybrid cloud initiatives, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients, and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in both Private and Public Cloud technologies to drive continuous innovation and improvement of our cloud service offerings.
• Participate in the creation of cloud architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Up to 8 years of experience in IT, with a specialized focus on Private Cloud solutions and a working knowledge of Public Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing private cloud environments, with a strong grasp of virtualization, storage, networking, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing complex cloud infrastructures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Cloud certifications (e.g., VMware VCP-DCV, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes, to streamline operations across hybrid cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud services and how to leverage them in conjunction with private cloud infrastructures to achieve optimal results.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices, compliance regulations, and data sovereignty issues in hybrid cloud settings.
