Job Title: Data Centre Private Cloud - Senior Manager

Job Summary:
_x000d_ We are seeking a distinguished Senior Manager with a rich background in Data Centre Private Cloud and Public Cloud technologies, complemented by strategic experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration. With a career spanning over 15 years, the ideal candidate will have excelled in business development and will possess the vision to utilize AI as a transformative tool within cloud services. This leadership role calls for an individual who can synergize cloud computing with AI to propel our offerings and ensure our clients achieve their ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and spearhead a dynamic strategy for our Data Centre Private Cloud services, selectively integrating AI to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Champion business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on AI-enhanced solutions to solidify our market position and drive revenue growth.
• Direct the adoption of AI technologies, such as machine learning and predictive analytics, to optimize cloud infrastructure management and service delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure AI integration aligns with our cloud architecture and meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
• Act as a thought leader, articulating the value of AI-augmented cloud solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders, enhancing our brand as an innovator in the space.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of professional experience in IT, with a deep understanding of Data Centre Private Cloud and familiarity with Public Cloud ecosystems.
• Strategic experience with AI integration, demonstrating how AI can be leveraged to enhance cloud services and create smarter, more efficient systems.
• A history of successful business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into profitable ventures.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI and cloud concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, cloud computing, or related disciplines are highly regarded.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks, with practical experience in implementing these technologies in a cloud environment.
• A keen understanding of the latest trends in AI and cloud computing, with the ability to anticipate and prepare for future developments.
• Experience in managing AI projects, including defining requirements, overseeing development, and ensuring ethical use of AI.
• Experience in leading digital transformation projects with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks relevant to cloud services.
