Analyst – Life Sciences Sector Support and Insights

Experience: 

• 0–2 years

Education:

• M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Pharm (Life Sciences, Public Health, Biotech); PG Diploma or short certifications in healthcare/analytics is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Recent graduates or early professionals with life sciences education and interest in consulting, research, and analytics

Role Summary:

Join our Life Sciences sector team as an Analyst to support strategic projects, team operations, and research initiatives. This is a learning-intensive role ideal for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of healthcare, science, and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sector summaries, internal reports, business trackers, and dashboards
• Conduct desk-based research and collect key data points to support business development, opportunity tracking, and sector storytelling
• Help in building and updating templates, trackers, and marketing collateral (e.g., newsletters, case study banks)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support proposal inputs and knowledge repository management
• Participate in training sessions, knowledge shares, and team initiatives to build understanding of the sector

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of healthcare/life sciences industry
• Comfortable with research and data gathering from public and subscription-based sources
• Strong documentation and formatting skills (especially in PowerPoint and Word)
• Curiosity, reliability, and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience or internships in healthcare/consulting research
• Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar collaboration platforms
• Willingness to support diverse tasks (operations, research, events, proposals)
