Location: Vijayawada

Experience: 2-6 years

Job Summary:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

L1 Support:

Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Perform basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues.
Install and configure operating systems and standard applications.
Handle password resets, user account setups, and basic network connectivity issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.

L2 Support:

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software/network issues.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
Manage user profiles, permissions, and group policies.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranty claims.
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
