Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in Level 2 EUC/desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS/MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory and endpoint management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, JAMF (for Mac), or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of IT security concepts (encryption, EDR, patching, MFA, least privilege).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (FreshService).
