| Locations : Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Kolkata Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing advanced technical support for desktop systems (Windows / MacOS) and applications. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring junior staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, and identifying and resolve problems proactively. Key Responsibilities: • Provide advanced technical support for desktop systems, applications, and work with vendors (if required). • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems, and software applications. Work with other support teams if required. • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve service delivery. • Document and maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations. • Mentor and train junior support staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical procedures. • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, beta testing and more. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities. |
