Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai (Lower Parel/Goregaon)
Experience: 1.6 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Package: 3 LPA to 3.3LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in desktop and system support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (O365) applications.
- Handle and resolve IT tickets using a ticketing tool.
- Perform system upgrades, software installations, and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook installation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Good understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Work Schedule:
- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation:
- CTC: 3LPA-3.4LPA
