Job Description
Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and handling IT hardware such as high-end workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, and other related equipment. Experience in Government, PSU, or corporate environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for IT hardware and peripherals
- Assembly, configuration, and installation of high-end workstations
- Installation and support of Windows and Linux operating systems and associated applications
- Providing end-user IT infrastructure support
Required Skills:
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of end-user IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional languages (as per location)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
