| Must-Have | ü Good Knowledge on SCCM and JAMF Architecture ü Knowledge on SCCM and JAMF Reporting and software compliance ü Knowledge of Managing Systrack or NextThink ü Ability to resolve end users’ issues related to system performance, Software deployment ü Knowledge on scripting like VB Script, Powershell, Auto IT, Bash Script ü Knowledge and experience of Modern Workplace solutions, including windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune ü Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management ü Application Packaging with tools like SCCM, orca and Admin studio ü Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems ü Extensive experience in Deployment of applications to user machines remotely through SCCM and JAMF ü OS creation/deployment on Microsoft Windows 10 lifecycle including In Place Upgrade ü |
