Scope:

1. Develop and design complex components and assemblies in the interior area from concept to series production.
2. Interpret designs of components and assemblies with focus on function, manufacturability, and feasibility within the overall system.
3. Independently create components and joining techniques in CAD, considering requirements.

Main Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge in developing interior components.
• Very good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of tools and development processes used by common OEMs.

Main Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking and quality awareness.
• Good communication skills in English or German, with teamwork and customer interaction.

Challenge

• Coordinate scopes independently with internal and external stakeholders across all relevant interfaces.

Education

• B.E/B.tech in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Vehicle Engineering.

Software

• CATIA V5/V6, standard OEM tools.
