Samshk Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-driven fashion startup focused on made-to-order womens clothing across all sizes, powered by digital manufacturing and working towards a zero-waste supply chain.

We are looking for a Designer cum Merchandiser to join our B2B team.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Tech Pack Creation (Mandatory)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop

Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sampling

Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims, and US sizing standards

Key Responsibilities

Analyze buyer samples/photos and develop detailed tech packs

Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines

Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing

Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for sample development

Handle fit sample corrections and final sample approvals

Maintain sampling documentation and production files

Coordinate sample dispatch and shipment tracking

Eligibility

Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or Textile Technology

2+ years of experience in merchandising, sampling, or garment development

Work Schedule: 6 days working week
