Job Title: Design Technologist

To bring grooming and beauty products to life by prototyping engaging user experiences while bridging design and development teams.

Your role:

• You will explore and apply emerging technologies to develop prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups that elevate user experiences and strengthen brand interactions.

• In this collaborative role, you’ll be part of the interdisciplinary Grooming & Beauty Experience Design team, translating design intent into build-ready solutions, bridging creative vision and engineering execution - upholding the highest standards of quality and usability.

You're the right fit if:

• You have acquired 10+ years of experience in a related role with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as software engineering, computer science, UX design or human-computer interaction.

• You are experienced in user research methodologies to inform decisions, while staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices - balancing creative vision with technical feasibility.

• You have proficiency in front-end programming languages, along with experience using development tools such as Kotlin, SwiftUI, and Git, as well as design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• You are an excellent team player and collaborator, contributing creative solutions and technical expertise to cross-functional teams, driving impact together.
