Design Technical Lead
Role Overview:
As a Design Tech Lead, you will own end-to-end technical design, requirements, and delivery for assigned solutions. This role involves coordinating with multiple enabling streams and ensuring seamless execution while mentoring teams for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own E2E technical design, requirements, delivery, and execution.
- Coordinate plans with other enabling streams (e.g., data, SAP, infrastructure).
- Work closely with Tech PMs, Functional teams, and Product Owners.
- Act as decision authority and be accountable for technical design and delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to break down system design to component level.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for guiding implementation teams.
- Expertise in technical design and delivery management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
