Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior Design / Structural Coordinator with strong design coordination exposure across multiple EPC / real estate projects. The role demands hands-on coordination with consultants, site teams, and frequent travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural and multidisciplinary design coordination across projects
• Review & approve structural drawings, calculations, and design reports
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, PMC, and external consultants
• Provide technical resolution to site-related design issues
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, statutory norms, and project standards
• Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination reviews (travel mandatory)
• Manage design schedules, RFIs, approvals, and revisions

Candidate Profile:

• M.Tech Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred)
• 15+ years experience in EPC / Real Estate / High-rise / Large-scale projects
• Strong expertise in RCC, foundations, steel structures, high-rise systems
• Working knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Preferred Exposure:

• High-rise residential / commercial / mixed-use developments
• Fast-track EPC or developer-led projects
• Multi-location project handling

CTC: As per experience & industry standards
