Deliverables As per Below:

• Deliver minimum of 40nos. of Customer Sign-offs in a year for eDesign.
• Deliver minimum of 12nos. of Personalized Customer Sign-offs in a year.
• Achieving monthly target of 4nos. of customer signoffs.

Metrics / KPIs : As per Below:

• Achieving the interior design delivery goals for each month within 90 days for each customer.
• Achieving interior design revenue
• Achieving customer happiness score of 90% and above for ID journey.
• Ensuring that the billing to customers is accurately captured.
