Job Title: Junior Interior Designer (with Basic Building Design Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who can also contribute to initial Building Design (BD) work. The ideal candidate will assist senior designers in developing creative and functional interior solutions while supporting the early stages of architectural and building design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of interior layouts, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Contribute to initial Building Design (BD) work, including conceptual layouts, space planning, and design documentation.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and material boards for client approvals.
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Ensure designs comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Support project coordination, including liaising with consultants and contractors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with exposure to building design work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience in both interior and building design projects.
