Design Manager

Role: Design Manager:

As a Design Manager , you will be responsible for managing and delivering design projects month-on-month through a team of Interior Designers. You will drive team productivity, ensure high-quality design output, and enhance customer experience by providing training and leading design discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver 1215 design projects month-on-month.
• Ensure productivity and quality output from a team of Interior Designers .
• Drive customer experience and relationship management across projects.
• Train designers on technical details , processes, and best practices.
• Lead and facilitate design reviews and discussions .

Expertise & Qualifications

• Education: B.Arch / B.Interior Design / Masters / MBA / Design Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects end-to-end, including project management.
