Design Manager - Civil and Structure

 Design Management of Civil Works for projects in line with design intent, for successful and timely completion of the projects. Projects in range of 50K sqft to 500K sqft.  Design review/optimization of Civil/Structural designs, specifications and Bill of Quantities for both new and refurbishment type of projects.  Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendations  Applicant should have thorough knowledge and experience in design management of civil structures, including review of Design, Specifications, BOQs, scope of optimization, etc  Knowledge of facades and low carbon construction solutions that reduce embodied carbon, would be an added advantage  Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses in line with organizational goals  Upgrade standards and specification on period basis to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)  Support for Statutory approvals as per Project/Codal requirement

 Should be passionate about building world class green buildings and campuses  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
