Design Lead-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales

At Kotak811, we believe product design serves as the bridge between users and technology, ensuring accessible and user-friendly interactions with digital systems, and ultimately enhancing usability and user satisfaction while meeting business outcomes. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design Team. As part of the team, you will collaborate with the Product, Tech, and various other teams. Working closely with designers to develop a world-class digital product for our customers. You'll thoughtfully design experiences to help our users navigate through our products, ensuring a high degree of intuitiveness and satisfaction. 

Role

• As a design lead, you are responsible for developing and executing designs for products, ensuring they align with both user needs and business goals. 
• At 811 we value process design and UX as a key proposition. You will be the flag bearer of a great user experience
• You will own the process design and make sure you have an understanding of the tech layers which impact every section and interaction of the module
• You will be working and co-creating with talented and diverse individuals within the organization
• You will be required to set design directions for new product initiatives while understating the platform’s design language system
• You will be expected to deliver great outputs and set better standards of design and collaboration 
• You are expected to design understanding data and systems

Preferred Candidate

• 7+ years of Product & UX design experience. A portfolio of samples that demonstrate your skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to articulate your ideas with various stakeholders
• A passion for crafting products for the Indian audience while competing globally
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in design
• An eagerness to use research and metrics for making better design decisions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, and other design resources to ensure consistency and efficiency across products 
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in product design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university
