Design Lead (Workplace Interior Projects)

A leading corporate interior and workplace design & built firm is hiring a Design Lead with 1015 years of professional experience to lead large-scale corporate office and MNC workplace interior projects from pitch stage through design development and execution. This role is suited for senior design professionals with strong workplace design expertise, client-facing capability, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring design intent is carried through to execution.

Project Focus

You will lead design across:

• Large corporate offices and MNC workplace environments
• Commercial office campuses and multi-floor corporate fit-outs
• End-to-end workplace interior projects, from concept to execution support
• Design-build corporate interior projects requiring high coordination and quality control

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for corporate and MNC workplace projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, workplace strategies, and design narratives to client stakeholders.
• Drive client meetings, presentations, design approvals, and decision-making processes.
• Oversee design development to ensure alignment with client briefs, budgets, timelines, and workplace standards.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, IT, AV, vendors, and site teams to support buildable and execution-ready designs.
• Conduct site visits to review execution quality and ensure design intent is maintained on-ground.
• Mentor, guide, and review the work of mid-level and junior designers, maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire norms, corporate workplace standards, and execution best practices.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery discipline.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 1015 years of overall professional experience, with strong exposure to corporate office and MNC workplace interiors.
• Demonstrated experience leading design pitches, senior-level client presentations, and approvals.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• In-depth understanding of corporate workplace standards, materials, building codes, and execution workflows.
• Ability to manage large project teams, multiple stakeholders, and parallel project timelines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Work Schedule

Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
