Role :

We are looking for a visionary Design Lead to lead our design team, uphold our design philosophy, who can take charge of premium residential projects from concept to completion. The role demands a balance of creativity, leadership, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Creative Direction: Define, evolve, and maintain The Artful Abodes unique design language. Lead the conceptualization of all design projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

• Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end design development - from client brief interpretation to final execution drawings. Approve all design deliverables before client presentation and site execution.

• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand aspirations and translate them into functional, luxury designs. Present concepts with high-quality visualizations and narratives that communicate value.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the design team to produce their best work. Ensure resource allocation, training, and performance reviews are handled effectively.

• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and luxury interior innovations. Integrate cutting-edge techniques, sustainable materials, and advanced software into workflows.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold premium quality standards in every design detail. Ensure all projects meet timelines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of luxury interior design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential/commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Expertise in premium materials, finishes, and global luxury design standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
