Role: Design Lead, Cherry

JOB ROLE

As a design lead, you are responsible for developing and executing designs for all mediums, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
You will craft the DLS and ethos of how customers interacts with Cherry platform.
You will own the process design and make sure you have an understanding of the tech layers while guiding every concept and interaction of the medium.
Work with multiple teams to clarify what is needed and deliver creative solutions for operational needs.
You will be required to set design directions for product initiatives while maintaining consistent design language across platforms.
You will be expected to deliver design outputs and foster standards of design and collaboration.
You are expected to design extraordinary ideas and systems.
You will be expected to think out of the box to identify how UX interventions can drive business growth

JOB REQUIREMENT

7+ years of Product & UX design experience, a portfolio of samples that demonstrate your craft skills.
You will work with different communication skills & be able to articulate your ideas across various stakeholders.
Passion for problem-solving and the flair to handle conflicts with an empathetic approach.
Awareness of design principles and trends in the industry.
Ability to make decisions and influence key marketing and design decisions.
Experience in managing multiple projects and balancing priorities.
Strong understanding of design thinking, digital, industrial design, or information architecture.
