We are looking for an accomplished design professional to lead our Bangalore studio with a focus on Design & Build projects designed by SWBI and built by Ambience. This senior leadership role carries end-to-end ownership, business development, client engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with strategic and commercial acumen to drive both creative excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design output.

Hire, mentor, and lead teams.

Work closely with Ambience Interiors.

Collaborate closely with cross functional teams at Gurgaon office.

Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in architecture from a reputed Institute.

1518 years of experience in Corporate Interior design with proven studio leadership.

Excellent design presentation, communication, and client management skills.

Business-oriented mind set with high quality design output.
