Review and vet civil and structural designs, drawings, and calculations submitted by consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC, NBC, MoRTH, CPWD, and project specifications.
Check consistency between design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Suggest value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and site teams.
Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Support closure of RFIs and technical clarifications.
Prepare design review reports, approval notes, and technical recommendations.
Maintain proper documentation control of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Assist in preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, and tender documents.
