Roles & Responsibilities

• Improve CTR on YouTube and Instagram; iterate designs based on insights and data.
• Design thumbnails, posters, and social media creatives.
• Support the Lead with design projects and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into compelling designs.
• Adapt creatives for multiple platforms.
• Maintain proper file organization and meet timelines.

Requirements:

• 1+ year design experience.
• Degree from Tier 1 design college preferred.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
