The Executive Designing will be responsible for creating product labels and monocartons as per client branding guidelines and applicable cosmetic regulations. The role involves preparing 3D mock-ups, coordinating with Packaging and Regulatory teams, managing approvals, and ensuring artworks are compliant and print-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product labels and monocartons based on client requirements.
• Ensure all artworks comply with applicable cosmetic labeling regulations.
• Prepare 3D mock-ups for client visualization and approval.
• Coordinate with the Packaging Team to confirm product KLD, measurements, and packaging compatibility.
• Work with the Regulatory Team to receive approved content, incorporate corrections, and obtain internal approval.
• Share draft designs with clients, incorporate feedback, and secure final approval.
• Ensure no artwork proceeds to printing without client approval and internal regulatory approval.
• Upload and manage approved artworks in EI Pro Tool (mandatory for Stage 1 products).
• Maintain proper version control and documentation of artworks.
• Coordinate printing execution to ensure smooth production.
• Experience in cosmetics industry preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic labeling regulations.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Blender.
• Good understanding of print specifications and packaging dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
