Design & Estimation Engineer

·            Estimation of Static Equipments (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc) as per the requirement of codes and Client’s specification

·        Cost analysis as per the Company Guidelines.

·        Familiar with standards and materials  

·        Careful study of process licensors data sheet, material specifications & drawings

·        To build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage a regular correspondence for quantities, cost     and specification

·        Floating of enquiries to vendor for material quotes

·        Prepare cost summary and technical offer

·        Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow-up & correspondence with parties to convert submitted offers into orders.

·        Preliminary Mechanical design of Static Equipment

·        Negotiation with vendor along with procurement team to get best material costs in pre-order stage

·        Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred
