Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Design Engineers with strong expertise in mechanical, structural, electrical, thermal hydraulics, and control & instrumentation engineering. The selected candidates will be responsible for the design, modeling, and analysis of complex systems and components used in energy projects.

This role requires hands-on experience with ANSYS, SolidWorks, and CATIA V5, along with a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals and simulation-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design complex structural and mechanical components using relevant software.
• Perform advanced structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS (static, dynamic, thermal, etc.) to validate design integrity and performance.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and comprehensive design reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with project requirements, relevant industry codes, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify potential design flaws, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings, presenting your findings and analysis clearly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor's (BTech) or Master's (MTech) degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines

Software Expertise:

• Expert-level proficiency in ANSYS for structural simulation.
• Strong command of 3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks.
• Proficiency with CATIA V5.
• Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of engineering mechanics, mechanics of materials, and structural dynamics.
• Experience in creating and interpreting detailed engineering drawings (GD&T).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
