The Design Engineer Responsible for the design and development of marine deck machinery and propulsion systems used in shipbuilding and offshore applications.
Job Profile:
Design and Development of the following marine equipment and systems:
- Electrical and Hydraulic Driven Anchor Windlasses and Towing Winches
- Electrical Driven Rescue Boat Davits
- Marine Rudders and Propellers
- Steering Gear Systems
- Ship Propulsion Gear Systems
- Anchor Windlasses and Capstans
- Towing Winches
- Ship Mooring Equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
- CAD experience
- Proficient in Solidworks
