Job Description

Role : Design Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set: Hands on any of Honeywell, Lenel, Milestone, Schneider Access controller system and CCTV infrastructure

Exp Range: 6-12 years minimum in Physical Security systems (Access control, CCTV, Asset tracking) after B.E / graduation

Location: Olympus Thane

Must Have:

Design & Engineering: Develop and engineer physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, emergency communication).

• Create detailed design documentation, including specifications, scope of work, and system architecture diagrams.

• Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and IT teams during building design phases.

• Integration & Implementation: Ensure seamless integration of physical security systems with IT infrastructure.

• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of security systems.

• Maintain system documentation (as-built drawings, configurations).

• Risk & Compliance: Interpret risk assessments and threat analyses to select appropriate security technologies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Project Coordination: Work with regional and local security teams to implement designs.

• Support vendor selection and manage technical aspects of bids.

• Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies and recommend upgrades.

• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams

Good-to-Have

Certifications: · Any access control & CCTV certification (Onguard & Milestone)

· ISO 27001, Information Security Management System (ISMS), · ISO 20000, International standard for IT service management.

· ITIL certification

· Microsoft windows technology services
