Key Responsibilities

Plastic part design, A-Class surface integration, tooling feasibility, mentoring

Sheet metal & weldment design, structural integration, tolerance analysis, mentoring

Core Competencies

Plastic design expertise, Advanced Surface & Solid Modeling, tooling knowledge, Class-A surface translation and feasibility from ICEM Surf or Alias; design ownership of trims, fenders, dashboards, or covers; domain : tractors, off-highway, or agricultural equipment

UG NX advanced modeling, weldment design, GD&T, structural integration,

Preferred Exposure: Tractor chassis, cab frames, fenders, or structural subframes; ROPS/FOPS design , domain : tractors, off-highway, or agricultural equipment

Siemens NX / UGNX / NX, ICEM Surf, Moldflow, Teamcenter/Windchill

Siemens NX (UG NX), Teamcenter/Windchill, GD&T tools

Education

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Automotive, or Polymer or Production
