Location: Parekh Associates, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and QC of detailed CAD & working drawings

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and cost estimation

Drafting technical specifications and documentation

Material take-offs and quantity verification

Coordination with architects, consultants & site teams

Site visits to ensure drawings are executed accurately

Understanding statutory requirements and construction processes

What Were Looking For:

25 years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation & project estimation

Understanding of materials, construction details & costing

Good command of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

Detail-oriented, disciplined & execution-focused
