Design Engineer

Experience : 3-12 Years

Design & Development : Create concepts, master sections, and B-side designs for automotive interior parts, ensuring engineering and tooling feasibility.

Interior Trim Expertise : Work on instrument panels, consoles, door trims, pillar trims, and related sub-assemblies.

Regulatory Compliance & Packaging : Conduct packaging studies and ensure compliance with interior trim design regulations.

NX Proficiency : Utilize NX (Unigraphics) Part & Surface workbench for detailed design and modeling.

Engineering Standards : Apply GD&T, gaps & flushness, and fit & finish requirements in all designs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing engineering, and other departments; lead design review meetings.

Communication & Leadership : Demonstrate strong communication skills and manage customer interactions effectively.
