Job Profile:-

KRA:-

• Drive Design and development of new washing machine and its related features.
• Drive New USP development from POC making to deployment in product.
• Preparation of prototype design for validation.

Job Description:-

• Well versed with 3D modelling and 2D drafting software Preferably UG NX.
• Design for engineering (Snap Locks, Guide, screwing, etc.) from ID surfacing.
• Understand needs, component design considering Manufacturability, serviceability etc.
• Benchmarking of domestic & international products for features, material, design
• Experience in designing Plastic, Rubber & Sheet metal component
• DRBFM & DFM, Validation of designs.
• PPT and excel technical documentation and well versed in presenting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing Process (Injection Molding, press tool, blow Molding, extrusion etc.)
• Knowledge of PLM Process & software Preferably Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of product development process and related toll gates.
• Sound knowledge of GD&T, Engineering principles theory & practices. Stack up tolerance.
• Component Inspection, FPA and its approval.
• Establishment of Design Standard, Test standard design, PATD Design, 3F Standard design

Requisite Qualification:-

Essential- B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical),

Preferred- Candidate from premier institutes,

Requisite Experience:-

Essential- Product Knowledge of Washing machines FAFL/FATL/SAWM (Preferably FAFL),

Preferred- Design of Washing machines, Patents, 3D/2D making, Assembly drawing making,
