Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related field (advanced qualifications preferred).
- - 10+ years of experience in foam engineering, preferably within seating or automotive industries.
- - Strong understanding of foam chemistry, manufacturing processes, and performance testing.
- - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, Teamcenter) and simulation tools.
- - Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- - Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as AIS, FMVSS, ISO, ASTM, etc.
