• Design intuitive user journeys and frictionless flows
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
• Improve engagement and retention through UX decisions
• Build mobile-first experiences

• Convert Figma designs into production-ready React UI
• Create reusable components and scalable design systems
• Work with APIs and dynamic data
• Ensure performance and responsiveness

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc. to accelerate work
• Design AI-native interfaces (chat flows, smart recommendations, AI assistant UX)
• Prototype rapidly using AI scaffolding tools
• Think deeply about AI-driven user journeys

• Strong UX fundamentals
• Advanced Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
• Solid React.js experience
• Responsive design and modern CSS (Tailwind preferred)
• Strong product intuition
• Ability to independently ship features

• Next.js experience
• Experience building consumer tech products
• Motion/interaction design
• Experience with AI products or LLM-based features
• Startup experience
