Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer, located in Kolkata. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing designs, creating technical drawings and diagrams, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative products. The role also includes evaluating and testing prototypes, ensuring compliance with design standards, and troubleshooting design-related technical issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and drafting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Diploma in mechanical tool and die making.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
