Company Profile :

Company is a global medical device manufacturer in Sanand, Ahmedabad, specializing in orthopedic implants for trauma, arthroscopy (sports medicine), and spine, offering products like ligament anchors and reamers

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthopedic device designing wherein the senior design engineer will :-

1. Lead the design and development of innovative medical devices and improvement to the existing devices using Solidworks and AutoCAD
2. The role involves mentoring junior team members, project leadership and mentorship, team development
3. Managing complex design projects are optimised for manufacturing processed along with coordinating with cross functional departments to ensure smooth handover from design to production
4. Ensuring compliances with the regulatory and industry standards by preparing and review of Design history file (DHF), Technical files, Rosk Management Reports and Engineering change reports
5. Evaluate design evaluation and preditic comparision by benchmarking and engineering justifications reports
6. Continous innovation by researching about researching new design trends, technologies, and surgical techniques in arthoscopy aand orthopedics and continous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong skills in medical designing using Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced enviorment
• B.E or B.Tech degree in Mechanical design
• 3-6 years Related field or relevant work experience
