Design Directors Office and Design Operations Lead

Role Description

You will be the living bridge between the Chief Design Officer, the design team, the CEO, and the marketing, PR and social media teams. Good aesthetics and an understanding of design sensibilities is a must. You will manage maintain an update regularly the company calendar with precision, oversee client grievances with maturity, monitor VIP fittings, and keep a close watch on both the Delhi and Bombay stores whenever key clients visit.

You will plan photo shoots. You will anticipate what the Director needs before it is spoken. You will solve problems that arrive without warning. You will stay alert when others switch off, especially on weekends when the unexpected tends to happen.

We need someone emotionally intelligent, discreet and light on their feet. Someone who can hold many threads at once without dropping the fabric.

This is not a routine operations role. It is a position of trust, instinct and stamina at the heart of a bespoke design house.
