Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Coordinator, located in Chennai. The Design Coordinator will oversee and manage the design aspects of projects, ensuring they align with the desired goals and specifications. The responsibilities include managing design workflows, coordinating with design and project teams, reviewing submittals, providing design-related input, and ensuring timely project execution. The role also involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Management and Architecture
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating multiple tasks
• Experience with reviewing and managing Submittals
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under timelines
• Proficiency in design tools and software is an added advantage
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in design or project coordination is a plus
