Role: To coordinate between customers and internal design team for the approval process.

Responsibilities

To communicate with the customers for the approval drawing and clarifications.

To get the tool design from the internal team.

To make the timely replies to customers for their queries.

To arrange the drawings and clarification from internal design team as per customer requirements.

Qualifications

Person should be Diploma/ Degree holder in Mechanical or Production stream.

Person should have basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Person should have communications skills to write mails in English language.

Experience

Person should have worked in engineering department of Gear manufacturing company in the role of drawing approval of Gear cutting tools.

Person should have basic knowledge of Gear terminology and should be able to read Gear drawings.
