Were looking for a Design Analyst Research (B.Arch) who is curious, analytical, and excited to work at the intersection of architecture, real estate markets, data, and AI.

This role goes beyond reviewing floor plans it plays a critical role in shaping market intelligence, customer insights, and content credibility across Propsochs platforms.

Your core responsibilities will include

1. Project Research & Data Management

• Identify, research, and upload new residential projects and EOI-stage projects to our website
• Maintain and update project and market related data and research across internal tools and the website
• Create and manage cohorts of projects based on customer personas, budgets, and preferences

2. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Create POM (Peace of Mind) reports and detailed market pulse reports
• Track, analyse, and forecast market trends across micro-markets and cities
• Support leadership with insights for strategy, advisory, and expansion decisions

3. Financial & Technical Analysis

• Build and validate financial models for clients (pricing, appreciation, comparisons, ROI scenarios)
• Support advisors with technical and analytical inputs during complex client journey.

4. AI Content Review & Quality Control

• Review and validate all AI-generated data, insights, and content for accuracy and relevance
• Improve data reliability and ensure consistency with Propsochs research standards

5. Content & Knowledge Enablement

• Write and publish blogs for new project launches and EOI opportunities
• Update technical and market-led content on the website

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with advisors, product, and content teams
• Share insights that improve customer experience, conversion quality, and trust

Who would fit best in this role

Education

• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution

Experience

• 02 years in architecture, real estate research, market analysis, design analytics, research roles (preferred)

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of residential design, layouts, and planning principles
• Ability to work with datasets, reports, and financial models
• Comfort reviewing AI-generated outputs critically
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel / Sheets, and internal databases
